Pulte Homes, America's Largest Homebuilder, is also known for their brands, Centex, DiVosta and Del Webb.  Pulte offers several attractive floorplans and adjusts them over time base upon customer feedback. 

Pulte is the more flexible of the two builders, allowing you to pick your floorplan, lot, structural and design options. Because Pulte generally builds to suite, the time from contract to close is currently 12-14 months.

Lennar Homes is another builder option inside Verdana Village and they are known for their value and quick move in opportunities! Lennar has been exclusively "specing" out all of their homes in the community. What this means, is that they pick what floorplan, goes on what lot, with which structural and design options. They price it out and offer it for sale with an anticipated delivery date. Lennar updates their list of available homes every couple of weeks.
